PMA's District Engagement Team

PMA’s District Engagement Team is the connection between our association and the metalforming community across North America. Our team works hand‑in‑hand with district officers to strengthen membership, promote local events and build meaningful relationships with manufacturers. They champion workforce development by helping districts engage high schools, colleges and technical programs, and they support the growth of future leaders by guiding volunteers toward national committee and board service. Together, they ensure every district has the tools, visibility and support needed to thrive.
