<p><span>Prior to joining PMA in January 2023, Mary</span> <span>spent 3 years as the</span> <span>p</span><span>rogram</span> <span>s</span><span>pecialist in the</span> <span>w</span><span>orkforce</span> <span>d</span><span>evelopment</span> <span>d</span><span>epartment at the Education Service Center</span> <span>of NEO</span><span>. She worked closely with the workforce development team in identifying,</span> <span>coordinating,</span> <span>and delivering high-quality networks,</span> <span>programs,</span> <span>and services for Northeast Ohio</span> <span>e</span><span>ducators.</span> <span>Previously, she worked at Baldwin Wallace University as</span> <span>program coordinator in the professional development department. </span><span>She was instrumental in the development and coordination of original learning programs for external organizations, corporate</span> <span>training,</span><span>and adult continual education.</span> <span>She earned her bachelor's degree in organizational leadership and</span> <span>management</span> <span>from Baldwin Wallace University.</span></p>
