<p>Scott is a training specialist with PMA and helps companies meet their workforce objectives.</p>
<p><span>Scott Rieg joined the</span> <span>Precision Metalforming Association (PMA)</span> <span>as technical training manager in June 2023.</span> <span>In this position</span><span>, Rieg performs onsite and</span> <span>in-house</span> <span>training sessions,</span> <span>webinars</span> <span>and workshops. He also assists in creating,</span> <span>facilitating</span> <span>and implementing technical</span> <span>metalforming</span> <span>skills training to meet the needs of PMA members and the industry</span><span>.</span></p>

<p><span>A tool and die maker by trade, Rieg has more than 40 years of experience in the tooling, stamping and steel industries</span><span>. Throughout his career, he has held numerous</span> <span>roles</span><span>, including tool and die apprentice,</span> <span>tool</span> <span>and die maker, tool and die engineer, die estimator, senior sales and tooling engineer, sales account manager, director of strategic initiatives, director of manufacturing, and vice president of engineering.</span></p>
<p><span>R</span><span>ie</span><span>g has trained at the Dale Carnegie School, is a certified tool and die maker, and received his tool and die maker apprenticeship through the U.S. Department of Labor.</span></p>
