<p><strong>Johan Gout</strong> is the Chief Operations Officer at Capture 3D, the leading provider of innovative 3D measurement solutions and official U.S. partner for GOM GmbH/ZEISS. With more than 30 years of experience in the CAD/CAM/CAE arena, his experience includes time with Imageware, one of the first companies to develop software to process digital 3D data. In 1997, he co-founded Capture 3D and helped grow the organization to nearly 100 employees, overseeing the engineering, automation, launch, and support divisions. Recognizing early that this technology would revolutionize product development and manufacturing, he helped organizations like GM, NASA, and Pratt & Whitney integrate advanced 3D metrology technologies to reduce the time and costs associated with first article inspection, quality control, CFD/FEA modeling, and reverse engineering. </p>
